All members are invited to attend and nominate for committee positions
We have included a proxy nomination form int he email, so if you are unable to attend you may nominate another member to cast your vote for you. This is for both committee positions and general resolutions if any are raised
The Business of the AGM will include:
– Confirmation of the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting;
– To receive reports as to the general activities of the Club;
– To receive the Report and Financial Statements for the year ended June 30, 2015;
– Election of the Committee;
– General Business
